  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened memory foam pillows are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging
  • Custom or promotional items
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is defective:
